I am Penny Hall a leather artist living and working in rural Montana.

I created my first leather blessing bowl in 2003 as a therapy project. Diagnosed as legally blind I wanted to prove to myself I was NOT blind. When the second bowl I created brought $450.00 at a fund raiser my art business was born. Today you can find my art in galleries and shops in Montana, Idaho, Colorado and New Mexico.

I take great pride in my work. You will find character marks in many of my pieces. I incorporate natural brands, scars and other marks found in the hides into the finished items.

Although you will find similarities in shapes and materials due to the nature of the leather hides each piece is truly one of a kind.

I include a copy of my artist statement and a tag stating that the item is hand made in Montana by me. It also includes instructions not to place anything wet in the item.

Although I created them for decorative use they will hold anything that is not wet.
I accept payments via PayPal, money orders and personal checks. Items will ship the next business day after payment is received. If paying by personal check items will ship after the check has cleared.
I offer FREE SHIPPING to all destinations within the United States.

I am happy to ship outside the US. Please contact me prior to placing your order to discuss shipping costs.

Packages are shipped on Monday through Friday via the United States Postal Service using priority mail. Each item is in stock and will ship the next business day. Contact me for shipping costs outside the US.

I use recycled packing materials and boxes in my shipping. Pieces are normally wrapped in plastic shopping bags to protect them from any potential water damage during shipping. I often re-use shipping boxes as well.
