Picture was better than item. Crude. Took it to Goodwill. Next day it was gone, so it has made somebody happy!

This buyer made no effort to contact me when her purchase arrived on her end. I can't make things right if I don't know there is something wrong. As stated in my shop policies I would have been more than happy to take the Bird back and send her a refund. I contacted her immediately upon receiving this feedback which was the first sign I knew there was a problem and offered to work with her to see how I could make this right but there was no response. Communication is open on my side...just send a message and I am available to respond! The last thing I want is an unhappy customer.
Ragged Revival is my place to express my creativity!
I began to sew in grade school home economics class and Art was my favorite subject in high school. I have always been driven to make things and sew. When my kids were small I made them dresses and short sets. I started my shop when I realized I loved making Penny Rugs and upcycled fiber art pieces using thrifted fabrics. It didn't take long for me to incorporate Rag Rugs into the mix.
Making my items Eco Friendly from sustainable materials is really the driving force behind what I do and make. My passion for thrifting and shopping vintage has been a life long obsession! My lifestyle and my home are reflections of those principles.
I sell my work in order to keep the flow going...I shop for fabrics..I make rag yarn and cut up wool fabrics and the projects pile up! I also continue to pick up vintage pieces that I love and can't bear to leave the shops without.
I offer my work and my vintage finds through Ragged Revival and hope my pieces find their forever homes with folks who will love them as much as I do!
