What kind of paper weight and print method do you use?

We use 120 lb. heavyweight acid-free cardstock sourced from a 100+ year old world-class paper manufacturer based in the US. All of our stationery is printed digitally to produce beautiful graphics and offer an approachable price point for our customers.

What is your current production & shipping time?

Production time is typically 3-5 business days (M-F). This does not include shipping. Shipping times vary based on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS and take between 1-5 business days (M-F). Please note, however, that USPS is currently experiencing heavy volumes as a result of COVID and shipping times could be impacted. This timing does not include the production time.

Can I see a digital proof before you print?

Absolutely! We’ll be happy to share a proof of your order before moving forward with printing. Just make the request in the Notes to Seller box. Please note, however, that proofs will require approval on your end and may add to the total production time for your order.

Is your logo printed anywhere on my notecards?

No, we do not print our logo on the backs of notecards. We do, however, include our brand seal on the clear sleeves and display boxes that we use to package your stationery.

Will the ink colors on the screen appear the same once printed?

All monitors and devices display color differently. While we do our very best to display colors accurately, the colors you see on your screen may have a slight variation once printed.

Can I change my shipping address?

Should you realize you’ve accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can make updates prior to shipping. Please note that we do not verify shipping addresses for accuracy and use them exactly as they appear on the order.

Do you accept revisions, returns or exchanges?

Should you discover an error on your proof, we are happy to offer revisions until it's perfect. In the event that you change your mind about your ink color and/or envelope selection after seeing a proof, we are happy to offer (1) complimentary revision to the design.

Because of the handcrafted and personalized nature of our stationery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an error has been made on our end, or if your item arrives damaged from shipping, please reach out to us directly and we will gladly resolve the issue for you.

How are notecards packaged?

Notecard sets of 10 are packaged in a flap closure cello sleeve. Sets of 20 or more are packaged in a clear plastic display box. All sets are finished with our signature grey grosgrain ribbon and brand seal, before they are neatly packaged and shipped to you.

Do you sell digital files/printables?

We do! But we do not, however, sell printable personalized stationery. We have another shop that is dedicated solely to printables for special occasions. You can find our sister shop here:

Do you offer custom design?

On a case by case basis, we accept custom design projects. Custom Orders require a minimum purchase of a set of 50 note cards and corresponding envelopes. Please reach out to us with as many details as possible about what you have in mind and we'll let you know whether or not we think we can help.
