I currently accept Paypal. Payment via Paypal is expected within 3 days. If 3 days pass without payment I will consider the transaction void and will report the problem to etsy. If you need a little more time just contact me and I will hold the item/s for you.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours and usually take up to 2 days for those in the UK and 10-14 working days to get to overseas destinations but please allow 28 days from the date of your purchase. Thank you :)

I ship all International parcels via regular Airmail and all domestic parcels via Royal Mail.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I only share your personal information with a responsible third party for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as Royal Mail, who deliver your order. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services and your information will be well looked after.
Compliance with laws. Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep your data for the following time period, as this is required by tax law: 5 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services (who may run any websites I use to provide you my services) in the US and other jurisdictions.
