When will you ship my order?
I do my best to ship all orders within 1-2 of when they are placed. All items are shipped USPS first class mail. If you need an item shipped more quickly, please use the shipping upgrade options.

How do you prevent the wood from deteriorating?
The wood I use has been properly dried and prepared before I even start the jewelry making process. I use a water-based sealer to ensure it is well protected. I do my best to ensure that all jewelry is made to last, but please remove your wood jewelry before bathing or swimming as repeated exposure to water could damage it.
