My shop accepts Paypal and Direct Checkout (debit cards, Etsy gift cards and credit cards). Items bought must be paid before they are shipped.

Purchased items will be shipped to you 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed. In case of adjustments or custom orders, it can take one to two weeks, before shipment.

Items are shipped by Canada Post. All orders will be processed 1 to 2 days after payment, Monday to Friday, except Holidays. In case of adjustments or custom orders, it can take one to two weeks, before shipment.

Canada Post's estimated delivery times:
Within Canada: 1 –6 business days
Within the USA: 5-14 business days
International (Overseas): 5-16 business days

Shipping costs will vary according to size of jewelry and packaging required for safe shipping.
Please note that some necklaces are quite heavy, thus there might be changes in the shipment costs quoted, in which case I will inform you.

If you want a package to be delivered with UPS or Canada Post's expedited parcel services for deliveries which can be tracked and usually arrive faster, I could send you an estimate and you could choose it by paying the difference between these services and the shipping fees indicated in my listings.

Sometimes, packages may take a few days less or longer to arrive, depending on customs on both countries (country of departure, country of arrival).


Any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the receiving party.

Please let me know when you receive your item(s) in the mail.

Orders are NOT considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Canada & US: 21 days past shipping date
International: 60 days past shipping date

Pépin d'or is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail.

If for any reason, the purchased item is received in a damaged condition, please inform me within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once purchased item is returned to the seller, it will be analized and buyer will be refunded accordingly.

If you ever find yourself not having the best time while shopping at Pépin d'or, or have an issue with an item, instead of leaving bad feedback, please contact me first via a convo. I take feedback very seriously and I am pretty sure we can resolve the issue together.

If you would like to return an item, please do so within 3 days of receiving it, in its new, unworn, and original condition including the packaging. All returned items must be insured.
I will refund you the cost of the item after I receive it back, minus the shipping costs.

~Repairs~
In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear, I will gladly repair them free of charge within 1 year from the date of shipping.

~Feedback~
I use the feedback function as the most efficient way of tracking the safe arrival of my sent packages. That's why I don't leave a feedback until I hear from you that your package arrived. You don't have to leave me feedback, but I really appreciate that you let me know via conversation or e-mail that you got your package.
