Custom Orders
Inspire Us! Your event, announcement, or handwritten note often defines your personality. First, we'll discuss your individual style, and the style of your event. You tell us what you're visualizing, or browse our online sample gallery for some inspiration. If you can meet with us in person, feel free to stop by and flip through our portfolios. Remember, you can always mix and match certain elements from different samples to create your own idea.

We'd be happy to send you a sample of an invitation you're interested in. Sample prices depend on the invitation and range from $5.00 - $12.00 plus shipping.

Proofs are all sent electronically by email as jpegs or PDF's. Please review your proof carefully, we do our best to make sure text is all correct and just as we received it, but we leave it up to you to be the final proof reader before printing.

Now that you've received your proof for final approval and gathered opinions from your friends, fiance, husband and in laws. What's the verdict? Let us know if there are any changes or that it's approved, and we'll get started. As soon as you give us the green light, we get busy while you relax. Approximate delivery time varies depending on the design and the season. It's important to get your orders in early!

Prices listed in our store are per invite. We like to call it a'la carte pricing.
Custom order pricing is on a per project basis. We'd be more than happy to give you a rough estimate for your project, please contact us for a quote.

We know that every bride, mommy-to-be, party planner extraordinaire has a budget, so let us know what it is. I'm sure we can come up with something fabulous AND in your price range!

All pieces are made and assembled by hand in our california studio by us. Since there is no machine doing the work, some pieces can vary slightly.

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. If your payment is not received 24 hours, your order may be cancelled.

All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

For any custom order or personalized invitation we require a 50% deposit upfront prior to the first proof, then 50% upon approval.
We ship USPS Mail. Orders are printed and shipped within 5-10 working days. Contact me if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or have a time sensitive order.

Packages will be shipped to your Paypal address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Standard, non custom created items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, only if it is still in original condition and packaging. Buyer assumes all shipping charges.

Customized, personalized stationery, invitations and announcements can not be refunded or exchanged. Buyer must approve final proof before purchase, all mistakes, typos or errors are to be corrected by buyer and brought to our attention before printing and shipment. If the mistake was made after proof approval on our end, we'll gladly replace your purchase free of charge.
