hello! welcome to my little shop.
my name is caitlin shearer and i love painting imaginary people.
my boys look like girls and my girls are bleeding from the knees.

apart from painting and drawing people on paper, i like to dabble in other mediums. i make poems, paperdolls, tote bags, birthday invitations, gig posters and special portraits, so if you're interested in those, send me a note.

if you see something that you would like as a print in my flickr gallery that isn't stocked here in my etsy store, let me know. i can try my best to get that made into a print for you.

feel free to contact me any time if you have any queries at all.
i will always get back to you.

x love always, caitlin.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
i do not refund unless there has been a mistake on my behalf.

please read descriptions carefully, because you are paying for what is described there.
i take paypal as the primary form of payment from overseas and local buyers.
although, (i dont have this listed in the transaction area), if you live in australia and would like to pay for a purchase with a money order sent in the mail through australia post, then that is fine. please send me a message to clarify this before you make your purchase.

please pay as soon as you make your order. if there is a problem with your funds, let me know. ive been quite lenient in the past and i do not mind having to wait a few weeks for funds to clear into your paypal account, etc.

although, if you fail to contact me in regards to this issue, i will cancel your sale if it has not been paid for within one week.

sale cancellations will not be made if you have just changed your mind.
i ship my art in waterproof sleeves and thick flat cardboard envelopes. they are sent through Australia post. envelopes going outside of australia are sent via airmail.
i do my best to package them safely, but once they are out of my hands i cannot control what happens to them.

i ship my other items in bubble envelopes.
i cannot combine postage for prints with other items.
prints are sent in flat envelopes, and are classed as letters, while items are sent in soft envelopes and are sent as parcels.

if you do not receive your mail within two or three weeks, please let me know.
Additional policies and FAQs
i am keen to sell to stores and boutiques on a wholesale basis, and i would also love it if you would commission me to make some original art for you.

i am also very interested in submitting my art to more galleries, so if you own or curate a gallery, id love to know.

im also very fond of pen-pals and swapping art and gifts.
