We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and also eCheck payments, processed through Paypal. You do not have to sign up with Paypal to make payment.

We also accept Bank Transfer payments from Singapore shoppers ONLY.

All transactions will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within 3 Business Days, and I have not heard from you about any delays etc.

We ship worldwide!

Orders are ALWAYS promptly shipped out in 2 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of PAYMENT RECEIVED, unless otherwise stated. All orders take 2 Business Days to be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office.

eCheck payments have to clear before any order is shipped out.

International shipping is REGISTERED AIRMAIL via the SingPost/Speedpost Worldwide Parcel, with Package Reference Number provided -
Shipment time is approximately 11-15 Business Days from date of shipping. It could be slightly longer depending on your country's customs and postal security checks.

Delivery within Singapore is Registered Mail via the SingPost, with Package Reference Number provided -
Shipment time is approximately 3-5 Business Days from date of shipping.

We ship orders 3-5 times a week. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and not a corporation. We currently operate with only myself (Lynda), and 1 assistant who helps with customer emails, packaging and delivering packages to the post office. There may be slight delays in getting packages out during peak periods such as during the holidays and when we have on-going promotions or events.


International recipients may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees incurred in your own country are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.
Refunds and Exchanges

I make sure to make, sell, and ship you products that have passed through my quality assurance. We currently do not do any refunds, but will review it on a case-by-case basis. Please read the item descriptions carefully and ask me any questions you might have BEFORE you make your purchase. We will gladly replace any item that is faulty* or is not what you originally ordered.

Please keep in mind that Shipping Fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on our part. If something is not right, email us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement.

Please note that NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You must notify us and wait for our approval and instructions BEFORE shipping an item back to us.

For orders within Singapore, unworn merchandise in its original condition* with attached tags and packaging, returned within 7 Days of the Shipping Date will be promptly processed.

For International orders, unworn merchandise in its original condition* with attached tags and packaging, returned within 30 Days of the Shipping Date will be promptly processed.

Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup/ perfume/ aftershave/ deodorant which may leave marks or a scent on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

There are strictly no refunds and exchanges for custom-made items and clearance sale items.


We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order during mail transit. Please email us with the Subject 'Damaged Order' within 2 Days of receiving your order, or email us immediately if your order hasn't arrived after 4 Weeks.

We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is up to a maximum amount of SGD60 (subject to postal terms and conditions). Full insurance is available only for Express Shipping.

Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as you confirm with us your correct address (extra shipping fees will be required).

In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the postal courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed. If a package/item has been damaged in transit, you must mail it to me, no later than 2 days after the date it was delivered to you, so that I can present it as physical evidence to the courier in order to file a claim (Shipping for this can only be refunded after the claim has been resolved).

Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged due to no fault of ours.
