Payment

My preferred payment method is PayPal, but I will accept other payment methods upon request. If you prefer to mail a personal check, your product will not be mailed until the check clears the bank. If you prefer not to use PayPal, I can accept orders through ProPay. Please contact me for details.

Please see Etsy's policies for further info: http://www.etsy.com/terms_of_use.php

Shipping

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (unless otherwise requested). International orders are not accepted at this time due to varying shipping costs. However, if you live internationally and would like to purchase Peptogirl products, please contact me. I will get a quote for the shipping price and make a custom listing for the product(s) you wish to purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please email me before purchasing. Peptogirl will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused/ unworn items (less shipping fees) if you are unhappy with your merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please insure and track your return packages. Peptogirl can not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL BEFORE SENDING A RETURN. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED.

NOTE: All custom orders and earring sales (due to health concerns) are final.
