Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Please read the description of the item you are interested in carefully before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that colour may vary a bit from pc display to display. If you would like any additional photos, please let me know.

I understand that buying through the net can be tricky. In the rare event that the item you ordered is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 5 days of receipt.

I will refund you the full amount once I have received the item and have checked that everything is in order (minus postage costs). Please note it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the product arrives in the same condition that it arrived in so sending via a secure postal service is recommended.
Shipping for multiple items in your cart is not accurate. I'm afraid this is because in the U.K. Etsy site does not offer sellers a 'combined' postage rate option. The individual shipping will be charged for each item, however, I will provide a combined shipping cost and then refund you any overages.

Please pay by Paypal. This means that you can use any major credit card, without signing up for a paypal account if you don't want to. If you would like further information about this, there is a handy article explaining the process here -

Please pay within three working days. Beyond this time, I reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the transaction. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, or there is a problem with making the payment for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible.
I usually ship items within one to two working days of receipt of payment, but this can vary if an item is 'made to order' or during particularly busy spells. Please check my shop announcement, as any temporary delays will be stated there.

To keep postage costs reasonable, I send items up to the value of £20 inclusive via a standard Royal Mail delivery service that is not tracked. If you would like the option to track your parcel en route this can be arranged at a small extra costs (approx £3-4). Please contact me prior to purchase and I will happily give you a quote.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a faster method, please contact me before purchase and I will give you a quote.

The delivery timesales given by Etsy are 'estimated' and not guaranteed. I nor Etsy can be held responsbile for interruptions to service from a third party provider.

The same principle applies for items sent to Europe and America. All items over £20 will be sent via a tracked service, unless otherwise requested. Delivery timescales are typically 10-15 days but can take longer. As of 26 Dec 2020 the post has slowed down a lot due to Covid and the extra volume of parcels being sent for Christmas and now lockdown in the UK. Any temporary delays will be listed in my shop announcement.

If a parcel is not received within the expected timeframe, I am able to contact Royal Mail, 25 days after the original expected delivery date to ask them to investigate the parcel.

I try where possible to recycle packaging material.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Compliance with laws. I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
