At this time, Perfect and Paperless is not accepting custom orders. However, we are always open to suggestions, so please feel free to drop us a message with any and all ideas and suggestions you may have!

All products offered by Perfect + Paperless are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. That means, your product is available to you once your payment has been processed! No items will be shipped and no physical products are offered.

Downloads are available for a minimum of 30 days after date of purchase. After that 30 day window, we cannot guarantee that your digital files will be available. For this reason, it is recommended that you download your files as soon as possible and back them up in your personal storage. Please let us know of any questions pertaining to your order directly!

There are two ways to go about purchasing one of my products as a gift.
1. Purchase an Etsy gift card for the recipient and direct them to my shop, or
2. Purchase a gifting license directly from me. If you are interested in purchasing a gifting license, you will need to message me BEFORE you place your order so I’m aware that you are purchasing as a gift.

You are not permitted to share, give away, or sell any products from Perfect and Paperless including freebies. All products are for personal use only. If you know someone who is interested in my products, please direct them to my shop to purchase or download for themself! 

As of 6/1/2021, all new planners have been created LAG FREE! However, there are several things which contribute to lag such as amount of images or digital stickers within the planner, amount of storage on your device, amount of free space on your device, etc. Each of these contribute to lag and are out of the control of Perfect and Paperless.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued. In the case of a product issue which will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Perfect and Paperless, store credit will be given. All efforts to remedy any issues you may have during installation or use of your products will be made by the Perfect and Paperless team.
