Please check over your digital proof thoroughly before you approve your card. Spelling and date errors will be fixed at no additional charge. Any additional changes to your card after the design has been approved by you may incur an additional charge.

Please note: The Perfect card does not refund money for cards once the file has been emailed to you due to the digital nature of the files. We are also not responsible for printing errors. Please follow the included instructions thoroughly when you send to print.

I strongly recommend printing a sample card with your local printer as colors may vary based on your computer monitor and the photo lab you use.

Sellers are charged by Etsy and Paypal for listing and selling their items. Extras fees are also charged the seller when a refund through Paypal is made, therefore, The Perfect Card does not offer refunds once an order has been placed (ordered and paid for). A credit in my shop may be issued and will be considered and discussed on an individual basis.

This doesn't mean that you shouldn't order from my shop with confidence, it just means that my shop policies and hours are stated clearly. Should you be unhappy with the quality of your product or transaction, please contact me. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Payment is due before I begin your design. If you decide to make your payment via e-check, your payment may take up to 7 days to clear. I will not be able to begin designing your card until your payment has been received.

Also, work will not begin on your card until I have received all information needed for your card such as your UNEDITED photo, preferred size and wording.

My designs are available in 4x6, 5x7 and 6 x 71/2" (exclusive to Costco). During the Valentines holiday, I have wallet sized cards available for kids to pass out to their classmates and friends.

No physical product will be shipped! You will receive a high resolution digital file for printing at your local photo lab or to be printed at home on your printer. Digital cards are sent as JPEG files.

It is highly recommended that you print a sample card before printing all of your cards. If you don't absolutely love the colors after printing your sample, I will be happy to adjust the colors for you. A new proof will be sent to you upon doing this. NOTE: I do not offer refunds for cards that have been printed.

Any watermarks applied to your card design during the proof process will be removed before the final file is sent to you. I work very hard on my designs and I reserve the right to obtain credit for my work. All designs include my name inconspicuously in a place that does not intrude on the design.

For best results, please send your photos in 300 dpi or higher. If your photo is sent to me in a poor quality, I cannot be held responsible for the print quality due to low resolution. Please do not alter photos prior to emailing them to me. Unedited photos are easiest to work with and allows me the ability to make the changes necessary to ensure the best quality photo card possible.
