Hello and welcome to Perfect Little Prints!

Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my shop! My name is Helen and Perfect Little Prints first started out as a hobby after my daughter was born in 2013. I really enjoyed using her hand and footprints to create personalised gifts and cards for friends and family. This soon developed into a love of creating nursery decor and gifts for friends and family. After much love and careful consideration, Perfect Little Prints was born!

As a work at home Mummy, I'm excited by any baby / toddler / children's nursery decor. I love prints and keepsakes which brighten up and personalise a nursery, and have recently expanded Perfect Little Prints to include personalised gifts for family members, weddings and the home too.

I feel so lucky to spend each day with my children whilst also working from home to create prints to be treasured by a family, for a lifetime.

Frequently asked questions
Do I get to see a proof of my print(s)?

For all personalised prints, the customer will only receive a proof of their print if this is requested at the time of purchase. This is due to the large volume of orders that are received and the extra time required to collate, forward and discuss proofs with customers.

If a customer has requested a custom order and / or their item is being edited significantly, a proof will be sent as standard, for the buyer's approval.

What if my item is lost or arrives damaged?

If an item reaches you in an unacceptable, damaged condition, please do contact me. I would require photographic evidence of the damage, so that I can start a claim with Royal Mail. If the item is damaged so badly it is no longer fit for purpose I will happily replace it with an identical item.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address provided when checking out, is correct in full. If an order fails to arrive due to the buyer providing an incorrect or incomplete address when placing their order, a replacement may be dispatched at an agreed fee, to be paid by the buyer.

All mail is posted first class as standard and is free of charge, therefore tracking information is unavailable on all orders.

Can I change the wording on my print?

Prints can be completely customised in wording to suit your preferences, so if you would like them addressed to 'Pop Pop', 'Ninny',' Grampy' or any other nickname used by your child, please do let me know!

If you would like any other wording changed, such as an alternative quote to the one currently used, please simply send me a message with your request and where I can, I'll be more than happy to help.

Is there an option to add a frame with my print?

No. I'm unable to provide frames with orders placed. Sorry that I can't accommodate this request right now.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once dispatched, delivery times, as stated by the mail service, are as follows:

-Within UK: 2-10 working days.
-EU: 5-20 working days.
-USA & Canada: 5-28 working days.
-Australia: 5-28 working days.

***PLEASE NOTE: An item will not be considered as lost in transit, until this time frame has passed.***

If your item does not arrive within this time frame please do contact me and, where I can, I will do all I can to help have this resolved as promptly as possible.

Custom and personalised orders

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all custom wording and personalisation details, are correct when provided at the time of checkout. We live in a world where incredibly unique, diverse and beautiful names are given to children more frequently and I have come across a whole host of unique names, spelled in many alternative ways over the last 6 years! It is impossible for me to know when a name is or isn't spelled correctly and I would never question this. PLEASE ensure you have checked all personalisation details before and after placing your order as once your order has been dispatched, an edited replacement can only be sent at an agreed fee, payable by the customer.
