Refunds and Exchanges ~
If item is damaged upon receiving it please let me know and we will devise a plan to fix the issue. If product has been started only 50% of purchase price will be refunded.

Payment
I accept PayPal and Etsy gift cards; If you purchase an item, it is expected that you make payment at that time. If you have changed your mind, please let me know immediately and I will cancel the transaction and re list the item. Also, please make sure that your PayPal information is correct and up to date. If your information is not current, it can delay your order by several days.

Custom orders
I require a 50% deposit before starting on any custom order which is non-refundable if the order has been started. I also charge $10 extra if there is a large amount of printing involved to help offset the cost of ink and paper. I will send you pictures of your item in varying stages of completeness.
When finished I will send you an invoice of remaining balance plus S & H. Once the invoice has been paid in full I will shop you item and send you the tracking number.

I will ship your items standard USPS within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Unless the item is a custom order. If you would like insurance, priority, or express mail, you must contact me before purchasing the item and I can adjust the shipping costs for you.

I welcome custom orders and will be happy to work with you on your ideas. I do charge $10 if there is a large amount of printing to help offset the cost of ink and paper. If you request a refund for any reason and the book has been started the I can only refund 50% of the total purchase price. Please contact me for further information.
