- All items come from a smoke-free but cat-friendly home. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. I take great care in keeping my items free from cat hair during the crafting and packaging processes but some might be missed.
- Gift wrapping is available; I can also ship to a different address if necessary.
- Custom orders are welcome. Please email me; I will let you know if it is something I can do.
- All monitors vary in color display. I have taken great care to represent my items as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding the items, please feel free to email me.

Payment
- Payment currently accepted through PayPal and Amazon Payments only. (Both accept credit cards.)
- Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon through email contact. If payment has not been made within 3-day period, I reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item.
- Full payment must be received on all purchases prior to shipping.
Shipping
- Shipping methods offered: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority International. (See specific item's description for US shipping rates. Please email me for international rates.)
- Items will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
- All orders are shipped with a Tracking #.
- Insurance is available upon request.
- For multiple items, please contact me for discounted shipping rate.
- Gift wrapping is available; I can also ship to a different address if necessary.
Refunds and Exchanges
- I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, I will refund purchase price, less shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping.
- Returns are not offered on custom orders.
- I take great care to carefully pack my items; returns are not offered on items lost or damaged during transit by postal service.
