Please note! I will only refund jewelry items returned to me, less shipping. All other items for sale in my shop are final sales, with no refunds offered. I will refund the same day I receive the returned jewelry items, if received by me intact, anytime within 2 weeks of the date you received the items, even earrings can be returned, as I will change the hooks for sanitary reasons. I really love my creations and want you to be very happy with your jewelry items, too!

I am only set up for payment thru Paypal. By using Paypal you can pay with any major Credit Card (you don't have to use a Paypal Account, it is just a gateway)

I will always ship to the address you provide me through Etsy. If none is provided it will go to your Paypal address. I cannot be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, so please take a moment and make sure you leave a correct address with Etsy!

All items will be shipped first class through USPS. I will do my best to ship within 3-4 days of payment, unless you have a special order or requested alterations! In these cases please give me at least 7 days before shipping. If you need a rushed order, please let me know before you purchase! Just let me know how you want it shipped and I will let you know how much more it will be. Any other special requests for shipping, such as insurance or Registered Mail, will be at the buyers expense and request!

International Buyers: All items will be shipped first class through USPS. I will only use insurance if you request and pay for it! Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the USA.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH BUYERS RECEIVING THEIR SHIPMENTS TO CHINA!!! PLEASE CONSIDER PURCHASING INSURANCE WHEN BUYING FROM CHINA. WITH OUT INSURANCE THERE IS NO WAY TO TRACK YOUR ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE THE USA.

Please note that I take real pride in my craftsmanship. However, jewelry is wearable art and is easily broken. With rough handling or tugging, delicate links, clasps and cords will break! Crystal and glass beads will shatter and get scratched if dropped and even gemstones will break if dropped! That being said, contact me if you have an accident! I can repair broken jewelry IF all the major parts are intact, but I will charge for re-shipping, missing parts and my labor. Since most of my jewelry is one of a kind, please note that I can't always replace broken crystal or lampwork beads and unique metal findings, so please handle your jewelry with care!!
