Frequently asked questions
How do I customize my order?
We are able to customize the design with names, font changes, or custom text in most cases. Add the custom details in the personalization box on the listing page. Please include as much details as possible (font(s), names, date, etc.)
If you have a logo or a custom design you'd like us to use, you can email a pdf, jpg, or png file to personalizedgallery@gmail.com. Please note that engraved products can only be engraved using a solid one-color image (no gray scaled images, please). Black and white images are preferred. Additional design time and fees may be required to adjust images to the required format.
When will my order ship and what shipping method do you use?
Our orders are made to order. Processing time is approximately 1-4 business days* plus shipping transit time. Bulk or special request orders may take longer. See listing for your product's processing time.
*We may send a proof or a convo-question to clarify your order. Processing time begins after proof approval. Unanswered or slow-responses to convos may delay processing times.
Orders ship USPS first class, priority mail, or priority mail with insurance (optional). Products with shipping fees under $6.75 will ship first class and have the option to be upgraded to priority mail during checkout. Depending on location and weight, we may opt to use FedEx Ground.

Care instructions
We recommend handwashing kitchen utensils and boards. Do not immerse wood products in water. Cork products can be rinsed with a mild soap and water.
Wooden cutting boards and utensils should be reconditioned periodically. We recommend food grade mineral oil. We also recommend Howard Butcher Block Conditioner for its natural and food safe ingredients.
Wholesale availability
We reserve the right to choose if your environment is right for our product line. Please send us a convo to tell us more about your business.
Natural Wood Variations
Wood is a natural product which may have knots and minor blemishes that are not considered a defect. We do our best to choose a piece that will work best with your design.
Bamboo products may engrave light or dark, sometimes on the same product. The variance of engraved color is not a defect.
Sending a gift?
We can add a personalized note to your package free of charge. Please add what you'd like printed on your card in the notes to seller during checkout.
We send a packing list with each order (no pricing). We can leave this out of the box upon request.
When will my order ship?
Our production time during off-peak season is 3-5 business days. If you place your order by midnight Central time, we plan to ship your order:
Order on Sunday - ships by Friday*
Order on Monday - ships by Friday*
Order on Tuesday - ships by Monday*
Order on Wednesday - ships by Tuesday*
Order on Thursday - ships by Wednesday*
Order on Friday - ships by Thursday*
Order on Saturday - ships by Thursday*
*Bulk orders may require additional time. Some orders may require a proof. We will send the proof out the next business day. To keep your order on schedule, please send changes or approval as soon as possible. Once approved, your order will be placed in the production schedule by order date.
Can you rush my order?
Rush production is approved on an individual basis depending on our current stock and work flow. Send us a message if your order requires rush production. Rush production does not include transit times.
Expedited transit is an additional charge depending on your order and shipping location. Expedited transit options are Priority mail upgrade (approximately 2-3 business days*not guaranteed), or expedited delivery (*upon request and custom billed).
Rush Production Fees:
Same day - Invoice before tax + 50% of invoice fee
Next day - Invoice + 25% of invoice fee
Two day - Invoice + 10% of invoice fee.
Example next day rush charges:
Invoice $16.00 + 25% ($4.00) = $20 plus tax & shipping upgrade
