**Please take a minute to look over the QUALITY RATING SYSTEM for describing the CONDITION of our vintage items:

--Excellent: Condition is like new- no stains, tears, or damage to the garment/object.

--Great: Condition is 90% like new- slight damage is easily repairable with a tiny bit of mending, but item looks great even without attempting to mend (photo of specific area is included and outlined in the listing --- if you have any questions please convo us).

--Good: The item looks worn a bit or has a small stain or tear. Specifics are described in the listing, and a photo is provided for the customer to see the damages.

That's it! We will leave behind anything worse off than that. We want you to be confident in your purchase and are happy to explain condition/pricing/whatever you need at more length. We can take extra measurements or photos if you are unsure about the condition or look of an item.

**All MEASUREMENTS are taken with garment lying flat and doubled where appropriate (i.e. waist measurement is double the flat garment measurement at the waist area)

Our Specific Policies: Payment via PayPal at time of purchase (once item is added to your cart). If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, we will contact you, and the item will be relisted if a payment is not made.

If you live in INDIANA, we're required to charge you sales tax (bummer). It will be automatically added to your total on PayPal, so keep this in mind if there is a discrepancy in price. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding pricing or even if you want to negotiate!
Shipping
You will receive an Etsy "Conversation" once your order is received to let you know when it has shipped (TRACKING NUMBERS are available upon request).

ITEMS SHIP WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS "SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT" SAYS OTHERWISE (i.e. holidays, vacations, etc.)

Speed:
All items are sent via USPS First Class or Priority mail (depending on weight), and usually arrive in the US within *3-7* business days.

Guaranteed faster shipping?
-If you would like an item sent with insurance or expedited shipping, please send us a "Conversation" prior to purchase so that we can adjust your shipping cost.

ECO-FRIENDLY SHOP: We try to reuse boxes and other shipping materials when possible (no previously damaged shipping materials will be used). My mailers are new and eco-friendly (100% recyclable plastic- put it in the bin!).

*The special little something you'll receive in addition to your purchase (shh...it's a surprise) will arrive in a compostable bag- 100% cellulose.

We'd love if you'd RECYCLE your shipping materials if you can.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, please let us know right away. We're happy to work with you on a solution.

If you are worried about the condition of an item, please send a "Conversation" before purchase, and we'll describe in more detail what you can expect or provide extra photos when necessary.

We cannot be held responsible for POSTAL SERVICE DAMAGE. Please send a "Conversation" to ask for INSURANCE if you have concerns regarding this, and I can send you an updated price/invoice.

REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED if the item is returned within 14 DAYS of arrival at you location (see below for after the 14 day period).

Shipping costs to and from your location cannot be refunded, but the FULL COST OF THE ITEM will be credited to your Paypal account.

After 14 DAYS, a STORE CREDIT will be provided once we receive the returned item.
-The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs or differences in item prices when redeeming STORE CREDIT.

MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION:
Please make sure to check the measurements listed with your own measurements to assure proper fit.

Items with damage of any kind will have this listed specifically and clearly in the listing. You should also find a photo of the damaged area in the listing.

*INTERNATIONAL:*
Returned items will be credited to your account (minus shipping costs to and from your location) after we receive the item. Please allow additional delivery time due to possible customs delays.
