• If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. I want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied and I stand behind the quality of my products and the service.
• Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.
• If the address your have provided is not relevant or you are not available to accept the delivery or the package is marked as "unclaimed" by the local postal service and returns to my address I can refund but I will not return the shipping cost.

• I accept payments via PayPal.
• Payment with your credit card is possible without having to sign up for a PayPal account. ( Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After submitting your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card.)
• I appreciate payment being made within 3 days after purchase.

• All orders are beautifully packaged for immediate gift giving. Smal packages will be sent well protected by an air bubble envelope; bigger packages will be placed in a sturdy shipping box. I do my best to guarantee safe shipping.
• Please convo me if you have any special requests regarding shipping and packaging.
• All orders will be shipped to the address you provide to Etsy. Please convo me if you want your item to be sent to a different address.
• I offer combined shipping discounts on multiple items.
•Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, and are processed within 3 days of receipt of payment, generally within 24 hours. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
• PeshtemalShop is located in Turkey / Mugla. I ship internationally using Turkish Post Airmail, registered mail with delivery confirmation.
• The shipment tracking information will be added into Paypal transaction history by me and an email will be sent to you with the information I provided by Paypal.
My priority is shipping on time, updating Paypal info sometimes can take a couple of days. Please do not consider the date that you receive e-mail from Paypal as the shipping date.
• Shipping time is normally 2-3 weeks (rarely up to 4 weeks) to USA and Canada, 1-2 weeks to European countries, approximately 4 weeks to Australia and NZ.
• Please note that I have absolutely no control over your local postal service or your package once it leaves me. There may be exceptional delays due to customs clearance or public holidays.
• The PTT shipping can be tracked day or two after shipping. The Registered shipping can be tracked only after the carriers enter information which can take almost as shipping time.

• All my items are made in smoke, pet, moist-free environment.
• I do not accept wholesale or custom orders. However if you have a special request please feel free to convo me.
• I do not share buyer information and I will not add your e-mail address to any lists. The only exception is in the case of non-payment, in which case I will report your transaction to Etsy and/or PayPal for resolution.
