5 out of 5 starsI love this angel. I hesitated because they are not inexpensive. However, these angels are beautiful and must take a lot of work. I love the sparkly little halo and the bell. I gave these as a gift to my two sisters and my Mom and they loved them!

High Quality Handcrafted Miniature Dolls and Ornaments
I began making dolls quite by accident.
I was searching for something to keep myself occupied while watching the Beijing Olympics in 2008. I read a tutorial on fairies made from fabric flower petals - the perfect low-impact craft that wouldn't take over the living room. On day four I ran out of the basic supplies I picked up at the craft store and began to rummage through a stash of random arts and crafts materials in my home to see what I could substitute. I found that my substitutions made my dolls not just distinctive, but much more of a fun challenge to make.
The hallmark of my work is high quality, innovation and attention to detail. When I can't find the high quality items I need at the store, I make them myself in my home. I'm constantly developing new techniques for making unique items such as the process I use for my "Doll in an Ornament" collection. My customers often remark on the originality and intracacy of my designs, something I am extremely proud of and which sets my work apart.

Returns and exchanges
Once the item has been returned undamaged and payment has cleared, I will refund the purchase price minus the shipping. The shipping fee to return the item to me are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom work cannot be returned.
CANCELATION: If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, I will refund both the purchase price and shipping price once the payment has cleared.
Payment
California Residents:
Please expect an additional fee of 9.25% for sales tax through whichever payment method you choosel. For all others, please make payments within three days of placing your Petalbelle order.
International Orders:
Etsy has recently changed some language in their policies that may be confusing about VAT charges (6/3/2016).
The prices in my shop do not include VAT charges. Customs fees and VAT charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These are fees your government imposes on its residents for items coming into your country. UK purchases, in particular, have an increased chance of having VAT applied to their order from the U.S. Please send me a message if you have further questions.
Shipping
If you would like to upgrade your order to Priority Mail, please let me know. Insurance is also available for an added fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent by First Class Mail which is the cheapest option. Insurance is not available for First Class packages and shipping time is generally between 10 to 14 business. However, actual delivery time varies according to your particular country. If you would like to insure your Petalbelle, it can be sent Priority Mail for an added fee. Please contact me if you choose this option.
