Returns and exchanges
It is very important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases, and I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction. However, all sales are final. If you are concerned about your item getting lost in the mail, insurance is available for a small additional fee. Unwanted items are eligible for an exchange within 3 business days.

Payment must be received and cleared within 7 business days, or the order will be canceled. However, I understand that sometimes the unexpected can happen, so if you are in a bind and need a little more time, I am happy to work with you, but please send me a conversation so that I do not cancel your order.
Most items are made to order, and take 5-7 business days to complete before they are shipped out. Sometimes this is sooner, but if it takes longer I will contact you and keep you updated. It is important to me that you receive your item promptly and in excellent condition.
I ship through priority USPS, but can do expedited shipping for additional fees. Please contact me if you would like to arrange that and need more details.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 3 business days. Item(s) must be returned in original condition. I will refund your original order and shipping, but I am not responsible for return shipping.

Attention California residents, I am required by law to collect state sales tax at the going rate of 8%, which will not be applied to shipping.

Items will be completed within 3-7 business days, and shipped through priority USPS (which takes another 2-3 business days). The default shipping method is through priority post, but if you would like your item sooner you can upgrade for an additional fee. You may also request insurance for an additional fee.
