Thank you for viewing my selection of handcrafted jewelry! I hope you find an item that speaks to you personally!

Since I am a small studio, I do not typically have every item that is pictured on my site in daily inventory. Most of the items can be made and shipped within a week pending my current supply of materials. Materials such as gold and some semi-precious stones may have to be ordered from my suppliers, so that would add onto production time.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment via Paypal and will ship your item within 24 hours of cleared payment if I have the item in my current inventory. If the item is not in my current inventory, I will notify you upon receipt of your order and estimate a ship date for you. If your payment is on hold through Paypal, I will ship the item once the hold is released by Paypal.
Shipping
I will ship your item using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

I have set up flat shipping rates for either small or large items. These rates reflect not only the size of the item, but its fragility in terms of shipping. I very carefully pack and usually double-box my jewelry to minimize the potential of shipping mishandling/breakage. I also insure the item for its full retail value in the event of loss. This means that the box is always substantially larger than the item itself, which raises the shipping cost. Although these options raise the shipping price from the lowest standard cost, I would rather my customers receive the item, and in perfect condition!

Typically, I can combine shipping on small items if you make a multiple purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
As a very small business, I can offer exchanges within a 10-day period of receipt of item. I want you to enjoy wearing my/your jewelry, so contact me and we will work something out. I cannot accept exchanges on custom-ordered items or items that are damaged as a result of customer mishandling or misuse. I will pack your item very carefully and insure it for its full retail value, so damages occurring during shipment will have to be addressed with the carrier.

I guarantee all of my work to be of sound craftsmanship and quality materials. Enamel jewelry is very durable, but must be cared for like fine jewelry...I will include a care card for your specific piece.
