The candle arrived quickly (even despite the USPS delays), it smells amazing and looks beautiful, and Jeanna even included a sweet, personalized note. I am very impressed by this product and will certainly purchase to Jeanna again.

The candle arrived quickly and smells (even unlit) wonderful! The roses inside are a lovely addition that make this candle a beautiful display piece if so desired. When this candle arrived, the glass around it was broken and in pieces. I contacted Jeanna letting her know what happened (sending her a picture as well) and wondered if there was a chance to get a replacement candle holder. I was very willing to pay for it as it seems the post office mishandled the package which led to the damage. Jeanna was not only quick to respond but fully refunded me and was even willing to replace the candle in its entirety (which I declined as the candle works). I have purchased on Etsy quite a bit and I have received excellent customer service over the years but Jeanna ranks in the top. I will shop here again easily.
