Returns and exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but will be happy to replace an item if it is damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us within 3 business days after receiving a damaged shipment so that we may promptly replace the item(s) for you.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal. Upon receipt of your payment, we will ship your order within 2 business days.

Shipping

All domestic shipments will be sent via USPS first-class mail with delivery confirmation. We're not able to track these shipments as they travel, so if you need a more reliable or expedited option, please convo us to discuss the possibilities!

International shipments will also ship via USPS first-class mail. This can take a week or longer, depending on your location. We are not able to insure or track these deliveries.

If you would prefer to have us ship via UPS or another trackable service, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
