Returns and exchanges
In the unfortunate event that your order is defective or damaged, please contact me immediately. In these rare cases the customer must notify me within 24 hours of receiving the item if a return/exchange needs to be made. Upon the timely return of the item, I will make the agreed-upon exchange for the return via PayPal.
If you feel you have a special circumstance regarding the return of an item please contact me immediately and we will see if anything can be worked out. I want you to be happy with your purchase and experience.

Orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise described. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment and do not include insurance. If you prefer to use another shipping method, to add insurance for a higher price or to combine orders, please contact me for price quotes.
