I currently accept payment through PayPal only.

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 24-72 hours after payment has been collected in full. Crocheted wearable items (hats, leg warmers, diaper covers) that are made to order usually ship within 3-5 business days after the date the order was placed and paid for. Crocheted blankets may take up to 3 weeks to be made and shipped after an order is placed.

Reserved and Custom listings must be purchased within 15 days of the date they were listed in my shop. Should your down payment on a special order product be made, and the final product is not purchased within 30 days of its listing, the item ordered will be made available for any public person to purchase. Payment of initial fees will not be refunded under such circumstances. **Please see the Additional Information section for more about payment policies for custom and special orders**
Shipping
Orders of in-stock items will be shipped via USPS within 24-72 business hours from the time full payment has been collected.

Orders for custom made items will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days from the time full payment has been collected.

If you wish to place a rush on a custom made item's shipment, a fee of 20% of the total order price will be added to the order total.

USPS is my preferred shipping service. I usually ship packages via Priority Mail. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days (not guaranteed per USPS standard service and policies).

Shipping around winter holidays can sometimes be delayed by inclement weather conditions and the increased amount of items to be shipped the postal service has to deal with at that time of year. I will do my best to keep you informed of the progress of your packages.

I request 3-5 business days to ship custom crochet wearable creations, including custom sized hats and other items. This allows me the time to go and purchase materials needed, as well as time to create a beautiful, high quality item for you as customizing a size usually involves reinventing my personal patterns.

I request at least 2 weeks to create and ship a Petit Lambie tutu. These are made mostly by hand, and thus are time consuming.

I request at least 3 weeks to create and ship a crocheted blanket for you. This allows me the time to create a beautiful, quality item for you while my children are napping.

I request at least 3 weeks to create and ship a custom duvet cover. **Please see the Additional Information section regarding payment policy on custom orders**

If there should be a backorder on an item you purchase, you will be notified as soon as possible and informed of when you can expect your order to be shipped.

In the event that you do not receive your package, please let me know. Once I have shipped a package and have provided a tracking number, it is up to USPS to get it delivered to you. I will do my best to help track it, but must go through their policies and procedures. Using Priority Mail will ensure that we have a tracking number and $50.00 insurance on your package. Claims for undelivered packages can not be made until 21 business days after a package is shipped. Incidents of undelivered packages will be reported to a Postal Investigator, who will contact you at some point to sign a notarized, sworn statement that you did not receive the package. Once a package has left Petit Lambie and has been shipped, USPS becomes responsible for the delivery of the package and any claims for refund of non-delivered items must be made through them.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am sorry, I do not offer refunds on crocheted items since I have no way of verifying if the item was used or not. Should an item not meet your needs, please message me and we will work on a satisfactory resolution.

I do not offer refunds on items that have been lost in the mail. Refunds in such circumstances must be sought after by following the USPS policies for filing claims on lost packages.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders
I am very happy to make a custom creation for you! Here is what you need to know about placing a custom order with Petit Lambie.
You can request an item through an email (convo). I will create a reserved listing for you in my shop. Your listing will detail your order, and let you know when you can expect to receive your item. When you purchase your listing, I will begin making your requested item.
My crochet creations can be made and shipped within 3-5 business days (hats, diaper covers, leg warmers) or 3 weeks (blankets) of ordering (unless I am back ordered)
Petit Lambie tutus are more time consuming. I require a 2 week time frame to work on custom tutus. I always keep you updated on the status of your order, and will probably get it completed in less than 2 weeks (unless I am back-ordered), I just like to have a 2 week window because they take many hours to make.
Duvet covers are special orders. Deadlines and time frames can be worked out on an individual basis. Duvet covers are available in crib size, toddler bed size, and twin bed size. (Full/Queen and King sized are extra special orders and take much more time and materials to make.)
Payment for Petit Lambie Duvets can be divided into two payments, an initial payment and a final payment. When a custom duvet cover is requested, I will create a reserved listing for you, priced at about half of the final cost of your item. Once your reserved listing is purchased, I will begin working on your order. When your item is completed and ready to ship, I will create a second reserved listing for you, which will be your final payment. Once the final payment is received, your order will ship.

Reserved Listings must be purchased within 30 days of the date they are listed. Should a reserved listing not be purchased, the custom made item will be listed in my shop and will be available for anyone to purchase.

If you request a custom item, and have made an initial payment, and have not purchased the final product within 30 days of listing date, your initial payment will not be refunded.
