Item is as shown in the photo, It is vibrant, and thick! Very cool! nHowever, the shipping was not fully paid and it bounced back to the Post Office, which was in turn a fifty minute walk from my house. This shipping in total amounted to much less that what I had already paid for shipping. So I feel I need to rate it neutral for being a touch inconvenient. :( nHOWEVER, the kandi bracelet is awesome/well made~ and I will be happy to wear it at a upcoming rave :)

About

From admiration to living the dream

I've always had a real interest in kandi ever since I was younger. I didn't exactly know what it was though I just remember seeing pictures of these giant concerts with colorful people and pretty beads and I wanted that. I went to my first rave a few years ago and didn't see anyone with kandi, which particularly upsetted the younger child in me. When I finally got to college I found someone with a giant multi Super Mario cuff and I begged him to help me make one (it never happened). I tried it myself, I started with a normal white bra, painted a pokeball onto the cups, and sewed individual beads onto it. That was my first "kandi bra". It wasn't good enough for me though. I stumbled upon Cellular Mango's kandi bra tutorial and learned from there. That's right, before I started singles and multis, I started with a bra. Then I stumbled upon Kandipatterns.com and everything skyrocketed from there. I started creating my own designs, my own patterns and over a year later here we are, you're reading my bio and I'm flooded with work!

Additional policies and FAQs
How do I measure my wrist?
Lay your hand out flat. Now tuck your thumb under your hand, try and make it touch your pinky finger. Now measure at the largest part of your hand. That will be your "wrist" measurement! Why is this the measurement? If you get the wrong size, your cuff will get stuck on your hand at that point! That's why it's necessary for me to make it at that size!

How long will it take for me to receive my item?
In addition to running this store I attend university full time. I'm mostly very busy, and as well as running this shop I run custom orders to people I know and meet. Your order isn't always at the top of the list, please understand this. Your order will take a few hours to make, and will be shipped as soon as I can find time. Most of the time it will be on a Monday, and you will receive your item anywhere from 7-14 business days.

What if I need my item sooner than 7-10 business days?
If in this case, please contact me at least two weeks before the time you need them! I can do 2 day shipping, in which case I will have to raise the shipping fee's and create a custom order for you!

Do you offer tracking services?
I can if needed! Let me know beforehand and I can add a $2.50 charge for tracking services through USPS.

Do you ship out of the U.S.?
Yes I do! But please message me beforehand so we can discuss shipping charges.

Do you make bulk orders?
I do make bulk orders! It does take me a lot longer to do, but I try to get them done in the amount of time you would need them. You also get a bulk order discount which is determined by the size of the order.

Under which circumstances will you accept a refund?
The only way you should receive a full refund is if your order is lost, or if you ask me to cancel your transaction.

Are prices negotiable?
Unless you are purchasing more than one item, which in that case only shipping and handling charges are negotiable, prices are non negotiable.

Do you make custom beaded orders?
I do in fact make custom orders! All you need to do is visit kandipatterns.com, look for a design related to what you want, and send me the link! As soon as I've created your order I will put up a listing (just for you) on the Etsy shop page.

What do you use this money for?
Most of the time the money you exchange for my services go into paying off my student loans. I have a huge amount of debt from various locations that you are helping me pay off!

Why do you sell kandi? Isn't that against PLUR?
No, it's not. I put a lot of time and consideration into making kandi for some one. I don't just do it for money. Yeah money is a big plus, but you know what, who cares? If it really bugs you that much then just ignore it. There are a lot of people out there who can't make kandi because they just don't get it. Trust me, I've tried to teach A LOT of people but it just doesn't stick with them. There's a huge community of people who really love the idea of trading kandi but just can't make their own because of that reason, and it's great for them to be able to go to someone with specifically what they want, and get it with no trouble. I provide a service, for those who just don't know how and I think that's apart of the PLUR aspect; being able to do something for someone without no questions or concerns, and put as much heart into it as they can possible.
