5 out of 5 starsIt's adorable for my little guy's collar for Easter. I gave it 5 stars because it's well-crafted and cute. However, I personally prefer the expandable elastic to the velcro. I totally understand that the velcro is to adjust to collars. I definitely wouldn't consider returning it at all.
