I know you and your pet will love and enjoy our products, but if you need to exchange it or want a refund here are our policies:

RETURNS ON ALL ITEMS:

How long do I have to contact you?

You must contact me within five (5) days of receiving your order to ask for a return or exchange for a different size.

All items are shipped with tracking numbers.

NO HASTLE EXCHANGES: What if I ordered the wrong size? Don't like it?

If you ordered the wrong size, or want a different pattern, for your pup, you can easily exchange it for a different one.

You only need to pay for return shipping.

In order to ensure we get you the correct size, please convo me.

Once I receive the returned item, I have up to 6 business days to make you the replacement item.

Item must first be returned to me, for exchange or refund or provide the shipping tracking number.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to your refund or item exchange.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: I Just Don't Like it! Its not what I though it would be...

The item being returned must be in new/unused condition for a refund.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Item must first be returned to me, for exchange or refund.

Once I receive the returned item (for any reason you may have) I have up to 6 business days to make you the replacement item.

RETURNS: When do I get my refund?

When I receive the returned item (which must still be in new condition), I will submit your refund to paypal or Etsy Direct. If the item is damaged or shows wear and tear, your refund will be minus a material replacement fee.

RETURN SHIPPING:

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to your refund or item exchange. Once I receive the returned item for any reason, I have 6 business days to make you the replacement item.

Payment can be made through PayPal or Direct Pay with Etsy

Please make sure your address on Etsy is up-to-date and matches your address on PayPal.

Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Please ensure your address is correct, as I cannot change the shipping destination if the address on your order is incorrect once an item has been shipped.

DUE TO COVID-19 YOU MUST BE PATIENT WITH SHIPPING!!!! Items are taking longer to get to you, the USPS are closing and cleaning facilities and re-routing packages. Things are NOT normal right now, so please take a breath, and your package will eventually get to you.

****Processing Time****
I usually ship between 8 to 12 business days.

***Shipping Options*****

Standard Shipping Option: USPS First Class Mail no change in processing time.

Priority Mail Option: Does not change processing time but does provide faster shipping from the USPS.

Platinum Service Option: This is will put you in front of other orders and reduce the processing time to less than 5 days and shipping will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail. This is NOT a time line from ordering to door service. You are paying for a faster processing time and upgraded shipping.

***Shipping Remembers***
A shipping upgrade does not mean a faster processing time, unless you chose Platinum Service. There are NO Shipping guarantees. COVID-19 and increased shipping demand is stressing the system.

You may need to allow 24 hours for your item to show up on the USPS tracking system

Priority shipping delays caused by weather, inaccurate addresses, pandemics, or address changes are not the responsibility of me, the 3rd party shipper. I have zero control over the United States Postal Service.

**If items are lost or the tracking map does not change, please let me know so I can submit a tracking request, but understand this tracking request, takes 5-7 business days for the USPS to respond to the request. If the request has come back "lost", don't worry, I'll make you a new collar and we'll try again.**

Adjusting your Martingale Dog Collar:
**********************************
Please use the adjuster slide to open the collar to the full length, then slip it over your dogs head and then pull it up behind the pup’s ears. For walking and training sessions, this is the point where you want to adjust the size of the collar.

You will adjust the collar, by moving the slider once again to make the collar smaller. Pull on the D-ring, and tighten the adjuster loop. The live rings, that do the work, should be at least two inches apart and should never touch.

If they touch, the collar is too loose and your pup will be able to slip out of it. When worn properly, the collar should fit loosely around the middle of the dog’s neck when there is no tension on it.

HOW MARTINGALES ARE USED:

The Martingale and Half-Check Chain Collars are well suited as part of a positive reinforcement training method and behavior correction method. Both offer more control than a Buckle Collar and offer the trainer the ability to make corrections to behavior as well. The design of the the two loops work in conjunction so that the contraction of the martingale does not choke your dog like a choke chain.

Pro’s of the Martingale Collar:
* Provides excellent control over your pup for walking and training
* Safer corrections
* Difficult for dogs to back out of

Con’s of the Martingale Collar:
* Incorrect use can harm the dogs neck, this is not for tie-out situations
* Can be tricky to put on and take off because its a slip collar
* This is a training and walking collar only, it is not intended to be left on your pup unattended.


Collar Care & Washing Instructions:

Hand wash in a sink with lukewarm water and a few drops of liquid laundry detergent. Lie on a towel to air dry. Touch up with warm iron.
