pezzazz's Shop Policies
Welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy looking around at the eclectic mix of jewelry I have made and things I have found. If you find more than one item you like, they will all ship together with no extra shipping cost.
I prefer Paypal, but will cheerfully accept money orders if you don't mind the delay from mailing them in.
I am also sometimes interested in trade, if you have things I like.
Potential trade must be discussed before actually purchasing the listing to avoid disappointment. I can put listings on hold for you while we work it out.
I ship internationally. Please be aware of the potential for delay when shipping from one country to another. I will not fill out fraudulent customs forms. Before purchasing an item, please make sure shipping it is not prohibited in your country. I will be checking as well, and regretfully will have to cancel transactions for prohibited items. Thank you for understanding.
Whenever possible, I will re-use clean boxes and shipping supplies. If you require a pristine box and new materials because of allergies or other reasons, please let me know at checkout so I can accommodate your wishes. I enjoy seeing boxes and envelopes used as much as possible before being recycled, but I don't expect everyone to share that sentiment.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take care to describe items accurately and provide decent pictures. However, if something is not what you had hoped, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we can discuss a return, replacement, or refund. I want you to be happy with your purchases and I encourage repeat business.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All items are packed with love and care to arrive to you in great condition. Jewelry items are wrapped in hearts and presented in a sweet organza gift bag or shiny box because I am just that delighted when someone thinks something I've made is special enough to purchase.
I am open to inquiries about custom orders and large orders and would love to hear from you.
