Gift wrapping and packaging
If you would like special packaging for a gift, I will contact you within 24 hours to see what your preferred packing will be. There might be an extra fee attached.
What happens if my item breaks after I've received it and it is my fault?
Unfortunately, if you drop your product and it breaks I can not replace it. If your product breaks because of faulty engineering, then I will replace free of charge. However, I will need pictures for proof. Sometimes, things break because of the way they land, is touched, or if you're too rough. I apologize but I can NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT if it is no fault of my own.
If something is sold out, can I order it anyway?
It varies. .please send a message for any questions and concerns about a product you might have.
What happens if my crystal is chipped or broken?
Sometimes, because crystals are natural rocks and materials made from the earth they have chips/marks on them. If the item was damaged during shipment you need to file a case with USPS. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if something is wrong please contact me.
Please realize that I may only have one item in stock at that time, and things can not be replaced easily as I source my crystals from all over the world.
Why is shipping expensive?
Shipping goes off weight, and the USPS prices. I DO NOT SET THE PRICES OF SHIPPING, USPS DOES. Crystals are generally heavy, and can cost a little bit more. I do however, use priority shipping when possible.
Care instructions
I put my crystal in water and it is now weird and faulty, can I get a refund? No. Please do research and find what crystals can and can NOT be in water!
What happens if my package never arrived?
Once USPS receives the item, shipping and delivery is out of my hands. If there's an issue with delivery -please contact USPS and file a claim. PLEASE reach out to me first in this case, but I usually can not do anything. In the RARE case that it says delivered and was not, it may come 24 hours later. But please file a claim with USPS. THANK YOU.
