Welcome to phibers - we appreciate you taking the time to hop over to our shop. We are a husband and wife team and we love what we do! Whether we're weaving a basket, laying out a quilt, or turning a pen, you can bet the outcome will show our passion and dedication to our craft.

We are always looking for fantastically unique materials to offer you and we never stop demanding 110% from ourselves. We believe this shows our commitment to excellence as well as our customers.

We accept PayPal or U.S. money orders. No personal checks, please.

If you place a special order, payment is due within 3 days of completion of the project. If you're in a tight spot and need more time, simply contact us. All we really ask is that everyone stays in touch. :o)
Shipping
Generally, we will ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment. I say, "generally" because we can get the occasional snow/ice storm that leaves us pretty much immobile until all is clear. But if this happens, we will stay in contact with you.

Each description will tell you how that item will be shipped. Generally, we like to stick with U.S.P.S. Priority, as it's fast and trackable. If you need upgraded shipping, just let us know and we'll let you know what the additional cost will be.

When we ship, we will use the address supplied to us by your Etsy account, so please make sure it is correct at the time of purchase.

If an item is over $25.00, we will insure it. This means that any item purchased under $25.00 WILL NOT BE INSURED. If you would like insurance, let us know and we'll notify you of your new total to be paid prior to shipping.

ATTN INTERNATIONALS: WE SHIP ANYWHERE! But PLEASE keep in mind that we do not know what’s prohibited to import to every location. If you purchase something from us and it gets held at the border as a violation of your country’s importing laws, we are not responsible and we CANNOT offer replacements or refunds.
Refunds and Exchanges
IMPORTANT: If your item arrives at your door DAMAGED, but you DID NOT request insurance, we cannot offer replacements or refunds. Please understand this. If a package arrives at your door DAMAGED and YOU DID insure it, please SAVE ALL PACKAGING AND ITEM SHIPPED INTACT and notify us IMMEDIATELY. We will need the entire package if a claim is to be filed.

Know that we DO protect your purchases and use the best protection when packing it up for shipping. We appreciate you spending your hard-earned money in our shop and it's important to us that your piece arrives in great condition!
