Returns and exchanges
A refund request will be granted only in the case that I am shown to have misrepresented the item. Other refund requests due to special circumstances will be considered but granted at my sole discretion. Retunes will be issued subject to myself Philippe A Fernandez receipt of the artwork in its original payment can only be issued.

*Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted by Paypal, in US Dollars. You may pay from your personal checking account electronically through pay pal. Please be aware that electronic checks take approximately four business days to clear and I will only ship once the funds have cleared to my account.
*You do not need a Paypal Account to pay for your items through paypal:
You can choose the paypal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
*If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. We will leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.
*If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Shipping
SHIPPING: Artwork is shipped the same or next business day (Monday-Friday) that payment is received, and is expected to arrive at your US destination within three to five business days after shipment. You will receive an email confirmation when your package is shipped with a tracking number. I am not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God or other circumstances out of my control, such as customs delays.
International buyrs are subject to the following conditions:
1: Payment is to be made promptly via PayPal only.
2. I will only ship Via First Class mail.
3. Final sale price will be stated as "declared value" on the customs form; I WILL NOT declare that the shipment is a "gift".
