    Everything in my store is hand-made by me with the finest materials available. I personally vouch for the quality of my goods because, well, I made them and I know that I am an expert at knitting and crocheting. I have been doing those things for most of my life. I am a crafty person who takes pride in her work. Wow. I don't know about you, but I'm sold. I'm going to go order some fingerless gloves from me…

    Welcome to Phonechay's Creations!

    All products are designed and hand made by me. I put a lot of love and care into making each product and I keep you in mind because if I am not happy with the end result, I know you wouldn't be either. I ensure that each product I create is something I am happy with, proud of and would want to own so that you may be as well.

    I use post consumer recycled yarn or 100% natural fiber such as cotton, wool, silk, alpaca, etc. as much as possible for a sustainable living and to help the Earth. Be Eco Friendly with me. :)

    Accepted payment methods

    Your satisfaction is guaranteed. I love my customers, and your satisfaction is my priority. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me immediately. I will be happy to assist you.
    Payment
    I accept payments through paypal and direct check out. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment. Paypal will accept all major credit cards and e-checks.

    I will not start making any made to order products until I receive payment for the items. Unless the items are noted as ready to ship, then I will ship the product as soon as it is processed.

    If you live in NC there is a 5.75% sales tax.
    Shipping
    I ship using First Class with USPS to keep the shipping cost minimal. It usually takes about 3-5 business days for USPS to deliver domestically, depending where you are located from me in Durham, North Carolina.

    I also ship using First Class mail with USPS for International orders. It usually takes 7-14 business days for delivery. There can be a delay with customs.

    During the holiday season (nov-dec) I upgrade and ship using Priority mail with USPS because I understand that you want your purchase in time for the holidays. =) It usually takes about 2-3 business days for delivery.
