Many of my sewing project that are not in stock will take 3-5 days to make and then will be sent out on a TUESDAY OR THURSDAY, I will send an e-mail or Note to let you know when items are sent out. :)

-P.S. Some of the color maybe a little different on different computers and being on a website can change it a little as well.

Payment should be payed in 3 days of your purchase, or the order will be canceled. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges
Defect: in/on the item, I will be happy to remake or fix the problem. You need to send the item back for me to redo the item first.

***WITHIN 20 days you will only receive HALF of your payment...I need to account for Shipping, Time, and Materials! so this will need to be handled with each customer separately.

**If there is a need or your not happy with the item and you want to send it back it must be within 20 days of your receiving the item. So, after that I will be unable to give a refund*

Clearance Non-Refund:
*all the clearance items will not be retuned or get a refund they are all final, Except when items are damaged.

**The MAIL ate my item!!
Things happen, I have had many things lost or just late before. So in a case where an item is lost after a 3 week period from when you WERE expecting it. I will send out another...FOR NO CHARGE, which is my apologies to you!

Questions I have Found & Gotten.......Thank you Etsy Sellers & Buyers!!

Q: The colors in my photograph are they going to be different then I see on Etsy?
A: Yes, sometimes the colors are just a little different on a computer monitor, I print them from a professional printer at Millers and have set my computer to that printing lab. But, all computers are different so I cant guarantee that everything is exactly the same, but if you are unhappy let me know..

Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: Yes of course, I would love to make anything that I am capable of doing...or if you like something that inspired you with a color or print...etc. please send it to me. I also can change any little things on my work also... which means it will take a few more days to accomplish and I will keep you updated.

Q:Can you reserve an item/s for me?
A: Yes, it will be put on reserve for 7 days, if you have not contacted me to pay for it, then on the 7th day by 12 NOON then it will be placed back on my Etsy shop.

Q: Would you like to sell in our boutique & shops?
A: Yes, I would love that please contact me!
