Hello, I'm Meredith. I'm excited you are here, and I hope you find the answers you seek about my shop here.

My delight in this comes from knowing my creation has found a loving home.

Each description is my attempt to encapsulate each item's story, dimensions, and other pertinent details. My shop policies are designed to give a more detailed understanding of how things in a perfect (and not-so-perfect) world would work ... keeping in mind we're all human.

I would like to think I'm an understanding human. So if something doesn't seem right to you or isn't your way of doing things, convo me. We'll come up with a mutually agreeable plan.

All of the above is to say, CONVO ME :) Even though I'm a New Yorker, I'm really friendly. Taking each day as a new opportunity to prove the stereotype wrong!

On to the sections...

Returns and exchanges
One of my favorite things about my Etsy shop, is describing the escapade that brought each photograph to be. My descriptions also include dimensions, materials, and other elements of the creation.

If you have any questions about something I've listed, please convo me.

These are tangible items that shouldn't suffer from intangible representation. Further, I wouldn't want you to purchase something you weren't happy with in the end.

Therefore, if after receipt of any item from my shop you aren't thrilled, convo me. We'll work together to figure out a solution.
We're pretty flexible here. The thing that's really important for me to make clear is that each creation is made just for you!

For this reason, I cannot begin the process until Payment clears. This is why PayPal is preferred, it reaches me first so I can get to work!

Cashier's checks and money orders are accepted. Processing will begin upon receipt of payment.

Personal checks are also accepted. Processing will begin upon the check's clearance with my bank. I promise to get to the bank as soon as I can upon receipt to get the process underway quickly.

If I'm missing a type of payment you prefer or you have other questions .... convo me!
Our preferred method of shipping is First Class via the United Postal Service. If you prefer another method, convo me, and I'll get a revised shipping quote to you as soon as I can.

Each creation is packaged to protect the contents, both from transit and the elements. Shipping and handling costs do not include insurance. I invite you to convo me to request insurance, which will cover the shipment should something happen in transit.

I regret that I cannot cover damages incurred in transit. I'm a small shop, and simply do not have the resources.
Additional policies and FAQs
Special requests are available. In fact, I welcome them. By day I'm a project manager, which means ... I LOVE PROJECTS!

If you have a photograph (to which you have the copyright ... or at least permission to use) that would be perfect on a greeting card, a calendar, or as a special gift for reunion participants, wedding guests, etc. Let's chat!

For my grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary, my cousin retouched a picture from their early years, and made photograph napkin rings, which we all LOVED! I removed mine and made a magnet. It's still on my fridge. Let's do something like that for your next celebration!
