A big passion for photography
This shop has been born from the passion we share for photography.
After using some of our images to decorate our brand new home, we realised we wanted our pictures also to decorate someonelse's home.
Hence PhotoIdea was born!
Our way of working is very simple. We go and take a walk and shoot anything that inspires us, then we develop our images in our digital dark room - Sure that there is not a better job than doing what you love!
For printing we have chosen our fineart printing expert, he is able to guide us in choosing paper for each photograph. Fine art print help us to enhance the quality of the picture and make it durable.

Sizes are for images, for easy framing prints have a 1 cm white border.
Different sizes means a different cut?
Differents sizes could mean different cuts. Just ask for a preview by sending us an email (email@example.com).
Is the watermark on my order?
No, the watermark is not printed on your picture.
Which paper do you use for printing?
Images are printed in a professional photo lab on Hahnemuhle paper.
We print on Matte paper, if you want you can choose for free the glossy paper instead, just let us know with your order.

Are the colours of the image the same on the print?
Due to monitor variations picture colours may appear slightly different.
Is the frame included?
No, frames are not included.
Which address details do you need?
We ship from Germany, from the lab to the customer with UPS. We ship to the address on your Etsy order, please include a telephone number with your address, it is not possible deliver to a service point.
When the print will be ready?
Images are printed at the moment you pay, so please consider some (3-5) business days for the printing.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you need to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible via private message or via email (email@example.com). If the print has already been sent we can refund you only when we receive the print back (minus shipping costs). If you are not satisfied with your item or if the image is damaged, please send us a private message or an email with a picture of the damage. We will refund you (minus shipping cost) when we will receive the damage print. The return shipment is your cost.
