I cut the red flower, which i think was the hibiscus, to make smaller and blend with the rest of the ingredients. I've been trying to follow as instructed, but as yet haven't tried with a healthy diet. I'm still drinking tea w/cream and other junk. Overall, good product. I like the taste with or without honey.
