All I can say is Cheryl is amazing! She worked hard to custom make a headband for my daughters baptism and even took the time to find exact flowers I was wanting to make this piece perfect! Thank you so much for your time and effort in this, we cannot wait for her to wear it!

Shipping
Custom orders please allow 2 weeks for item to be created and shipped.

I print my shipping labels via Etsy when I'm packing orders up to take to the post office. At that time you will receive a notification that your order has been shipped and it will include tracking information.

I use USPS for all shipping. All items under 14oz will be shipped via First Class Mail in a durable vinyl shipping bag with the exception of Hairbows & Bloom Bonnets. These items will be shipped in a corregated box to protect from crushing during transit. Any items greater than 14oz will be shipped via Priority Mail.
We ship almost exclusively USPS first class mail. We use USPS because they have lowest shipping fees, and our customers appreciate us being able to keep shipping charges low.

Your order is almost always processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Order placed with our Priority Mail upgrade options are processed and shipped next business day.

USPS shipping time frames are 3-5 business days on average from the time it leaves us until the time it reaches you.

*Domestic Insurance*

While 99.9% of the time USPS delivers your package without any delays, every once in awhile USPS loses your package, either temporarily or permanently. We try our best to help out in these situations the best we can, but we will no longer be liable for any lost or delayed packages once your order leaves us. We provide tracking will all domestic shipments listing the date and time your package was received by USPS and no longer in our possession.

If you are concerned about USPS losing your package, please purchase the priority mail upgrade. The priority mail upgrades comes with $50 of USPS insurance in the event they lose your package. This insurance is not offered by PicAdilly Props but by USPS directly when you order is shipped USPS Priority Mail.

*International Orders*

We can ship pretty much world-wide. Please note that for international orders, we ship via USPS first class mail. Average time frame to receive your order will vary based on your individual country. From what we are hearing from our international customers, that average is anywhere from 2-6 weeks from the time it leaves us.

THERE IS NO TRACKING PROVIDED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS… USPS does not offer tracking information for international 1st class mail orders to all countries, so there is absolutely no way of us knowing where your package is at. There is also no way of us verifying whether you actually received your order. For this reason we cannot refund or replace any lost international orders, we are sorry. Once it leaves our facility we have no control on who is opening, inspecting or stealing your order. If you would like to pay extra $$$ we can send your international order via Fedex or UPS which you will have the option of purchasing insurance for, but the shipping fees are going to be very high. Please contact us prior to your order if you would like these shipping options. Please be aware that you are responsible for any import fees, duties, declared value fees or taxes based on you individual countries specific import laws.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any issues regarding the product or service please convo me and I will be happy to assist you. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the product if there was an error on my part. Please send photo of error or defect along with your order number when contacting about a replacement.

Please be sure of the colors, size, length and style before ordering. Due to the nature of my items, I cannot offer a return or refund on any items.

Cancelations of an order may take place only if the item has not been shipped or begun to be made.

All of our products can contain small parts such as plastic, elastic, tulle, beads, ribbons, etc. which may pose a choking hazard to young children. Tulle, or elastics could cause strangulation if misused or if the child is left unattended. Our product packaging should not be used by children. Adult supervision is recommended when a child is wearing or playing with any product(s) purchased from PicAdilly Props. We deny responsibility for any harm or damage that occur incidental to any product of or related to PicAdilly Props or The White Glove Boutique. Policy If you are new to Etsy please make sure you are signed up to receive email notifications. Occasionally, I may need to contact you to request more information regarding your order.
