Hello! Please take a look at all my shop policies before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to convo me!
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you would like to pay using a check or money order, please contact me before placing your order.
Please be sure to make your Paypal payment at the same time you place your order. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 3 business days.
Most items ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Items that are customized or made-to-order generally ship within one week of receipt of payment. To get your items faster, please make sure to pay via Paypal at the time you place your Etsy order.
All jewelry ships via First Class Mail in recycled kraft jewelry boxes. All other products ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted in the listing. I welcome international orders; please contact me for international rates. US delivery generally takes 2-3 days from shipment, international 7-10 days.
I am happy to insure any package at no additional cost to you, however you MUST request insurance at the time of purchase in the "Notes to Seller." I can't be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail if insurance is not requested.
I use recycled packing material wherever possible, but don't worry: recycled still means attractive! If you are sending an item as a gift and would like me to include a card, please specify the message in the "Notes to Seller."
Refunds and Exchanges
I know buying online can be tricky, so I am happy to offer no-questions-asked returns for items within one week of the delivery of the package. You must notify me that you want to return the item and ship it back to me in its original condition. On receipt of the item I will send you a refund of the full purchase price. (I cannot refund shipping, unfortunately.)
I can't refund for items damaged in shipping unless you have requested insurance (see shipping policy above).

I am a one-woman operation! I will try my best to answer your convos and get your orders to you quickly, but please have patience with me! If you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience in any way, please let me know and give me a chance to make things right before you leave negative feedback!
