Through photos and measurements, I attempt to describe items as accurately as possible, but the computer screen is not always perfect. Please take measurements when possible.

Returns will be accepted in their original packaging and in unused condition if sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping & handling charges for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Paypal is preferred, though cheques & money orders are acceptable. For the latter, please at least one week to your estimated shipping time.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, but I aim to be accommodating here, so if you need to make an alternate arrangement, please convo me upon ordering. Items will be automatically restocked within 7 days of ordering unless other arrangements have been made.

I ship 2 times per week.
Canada and US destinations arrive within 5-14 days.
International destinations arrive 2-4 weeks.

Woolly Washing Instructions

All of Elsje's deconstructed and new fabrics are carefully to laundered thoroughly before reincarnation. Having said this,

***WOOLS WILL CONTINUE TO SHRINK IF YOU WASH THEM IN THE WASHING MACHINE. PLEASE HAND-WASH YOUR WOOLENS...

... in cool to luke warm water with a mild detergent, a wool soap or ordinary shampoo works well. For tougher stains, soak your woolies with detergent for a few hours prior to hand-washing to maximize the cleansing process.

Lanolizing instructions will be provided with wool orders. This will help to maintain wool's natural abilities to wick moisture and repel stains, dirt and odors.
