    I was very disappointed with this item and the seller.If you needed something like this, please just make it yourself before spending up to $80 for it.It's a headband with tulle tied at the end, and a ribbon put through it to stay up.Glue some flowers on and you'll be set.When we received it, it was disappointing how incredibly cheap it looked.Beyond that, when my daughter put it on, she was extremely uncomfortable.If I brought the dress up enough so it covered her chest, it was tight, and the flowers and headband rubbed her armpit.If I lowered it where it didn't rub, it showed her nipples! So I contacted Lynn and she refused to take it back,even though it was too tight for my normal sized 6 yr old.After going back and forth, I realized she wasn't goingto budge. PayPal was my Saving grace, and they made her refund my money.

    Please see my return policies. They clearly state that you should measure before you order. If you do not measure, then you will receive a generic size. Any sizing questions could have easily been answered prior to ordering. Customer received the size she ordered and there was no defect on the dress as per photos she provided. The dress was even more beautiful in the photos she provided than the photo on my shop. Customer only started complaining about the quality of the dress once she realized that she would not get a return due to sizing issues. A slip is recommended for sensitive little ones as the listings clearly state, however any slip will work. Customer refused to try it on with a slip.

    First of all, I would like to say that this seller goes WAY above and beyond the norm. She was out of stock, but because I expressed that I really wanted this, she was able to find stock for me....and she handmade a skirt for my little girl very quickly! The skirt is very beautifully detailed and of great quality. She is not just a "seller", she truly cares and tries to help. I appreciate this seller, and will definitely mark her as one of my favorites!

    Just got the cape. I ordered the medium for my toddler. She likes her capes to drag. This is perfect and it drags a little, not as much as I thought so it's perfect! It's exactly like pictured with the snowflake details. Also, I love the way it catches air when my little girl walks with it on. Takes it almost completely off the floor. I'll definitely be ordering from this shop again!

If any part of an item is found defective, please contact me within 7 days for a full refund. I ask only that you return it to me first and I will give you a full refund once received. I will be shipping most items by USPS to keep shipping costs down. Tutu Dresses shipped within the USA are automatically shipped priority shipping. Tutu dresses shipped internationally are shipped regular International 1st class mail. If you need an item sooner, please convo with me. The price difference to send the item sooner, will be paid by the customer.
All other deliveries (such as International orders) please contact me before ordering for a shipping quote. This shop is not responsible for taxes or extra charges which may occur outside of the USA.
