I take the greatest care in designing and making Piddies slippers to be safe and comfortable to wear, and I stand behind my product. Satisfaction of my customers is of the utmost priority, and I will work with you to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping
Due to a high volume of orders, my current turnaround time is about 10 days. Shipping during the holiday season is via Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation on domestic orders (additional fee applies for Priority International, and delivery confirmation is not available for international Express Mail (or other), with appropriate increase in shipping fee. Shipping insurance is available at buyer's discretion, and buyer is responsible for insurance fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO: I use First Class International service through the USPS for international shipments. Please note that the rates listed are for the largest package I use. If you are ordering a smaller size, or if the rate listed is more than my cost to ship, I will refund the difference. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Piddies are meant to worn and are not designed to be used as toys. As with any item, babies should be closely supervised with baby slippers. Please keep all packaging, packing material, and tags away from baby.
CARE FOR ADULT & KID'S SLIPPERS: Piddies Adult & Kid's Slippers are made of the highest quality anti-pill fleece. They may be turned inside out and machine washed in warm water and air dried or machine dried on low heat. Machine drying on high heat is not recommended due to the anti-skid fabric paint on the soles.
FEEDBACK: I don't consider a transaction complete until you have received your purchase. Therefore I wait until I see via Delivery Confirmation that the package has arrived at its destination to leave feedback, and in busy times I leave feedback in batches.
