We are a couple living in the Kootenays (BC, Canada) who love growing herbs! After Rob volunteered on a herb farm in Switzerland (when we lived there), he saw how superior quality herbs could be grown and dried, and we knew we had to bring that style of herb to North America.
Not only do we harvest by hand and dry everything on site (currently building an organic dedicated drying facility) but we use regenerative farming practices to grow our herbs.
We use animals (goats, sheep, pigs, chickens) to clear new land instead of using heavy machinery. Actually, we do not own any heavy machinery, just a walk-behind tractor.
We also have a wildlife corridor running through the farm to allow elk, deer, cougars, bears, etc. to walk up the river with ease. We have dogs to protect our animals.
All herbs sold are grown from seed or wildcrafted on our 8-acre plot.
We hope you enjoy these herbs and stay healthy with them! They are grown with love and dedication.
