Welcome to Pieces of Pine Center located in a very small town that doesn't even have its own Zip Code, Pine Center, Minnesota. This shop has been in the making since 2016, and finally made its debut to ETSY in 2018. We are starting out as a Vinyl Decal shop, but hoping to expand into signs and more! We will custom make vinyl stickers for you as well so don't be afraid to ask! We also love creating new decals, so please do not be shy if you have an idea just message us and we will do our best! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your decal! We can cut one color vinyl, however we can stack it or arrange colors together, just no printed vinyl. These decals can be used on walls, vehicles, wood, cups, mirrors, and many more hard smooth surfaces! We use the Oracal brand Vinyl, and have Matte and Glossy finishes, look at our color chart to choose.
My name is Breanna Cielinski, I started this business with the help of my wonderful Husband Tony Cielinski who is a small business owner himself! We are happily married with a wonderful Son named Watson who will be turning 1 this year in 2018! We enjoy the small town country life in Minnesota, we love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, bonfires, and much much more! My husband owns the local Auto Body Shop here in Pine Center, and I am a stay at home Mom. I help out with the body shop by doing the accounting side of things and helping out when I can. I enjoy crafting, sewing, making signs, and my Husband and I enjoy woodworking together. If you were to come into our home the pictures on our walls, and the tables and entertainment centers are all hand crafted by us and some of our family members!
Decals and Children
Please watch infants, toddlers and small children around wall decals. It is advised that children of all ages be monitored closely near wall decals as they could become a choking hazard if peeled off and ingested.
Fresh Paint
Fresh wall paint may contain a stain blocker additive which may cause the decal to peel,bubble or lift off. This paint additive is the same ingredient that resists fingerprints, crayon, magic marker. This can also be a problem with low odor, VOC free & environmentally friendly paints. The vinyl manufacturer suggests waiting at least 6+ weeks to apply decals to newly painted walls. Decals may lift off if the paint has not dried completely.
Vinyl Colors
Pieces of Pine Center vinyl color chart is matched to the actual rolls of vinyl. Computer monitors, tablets & smartphones can change the color chart appearance because of various screen settings. If unsure about colors, we offer a package of 6 vinyl color samples for only $2.00. The sample pack contains small squares of the colors of your choice.
Application of the Decal
Each order will contain instructions that are easy to read with visual photos. Please read the instructions first and then follow the visual pictures to apply your decal. Depending on the size decals will be shipped in a roll, or flat. Depending on the size of the decal there may be multiple pieces to the sticker which will be labeled for easy application. This is a dry application meaning you will not need water or liquids to apply to the surface. The decals can be applied to many different clean smooth surfaces, however, we do not recommended textured surfaces.
Removal of the Decal
This vinyl is easy to remove, however it is not reusable. All you have to do is heat the decal with a blow dryer/heat gun and peel it off, you do not have to get it too hot, because you do not want to melt the decal.
