Pillowlink is a family business launched in Lithuania in 2011. We offer a wide variety of handmade linen products, from pillows, pillow covers, to table and kitchen linens, and even home decorative accessories, such as curtains.

Pillowlink grew out of our own passion for natural materials and a zero waste idea, thus our products are designed for those who want to create a cozy and warm atmosphere in home using environmentally friendly fabrics.

Due to superior quality, our products are sustainable, thus cost-effective. As well, natural fabrics make the products healthy and safe to use even for the most sensitive people, such as children, or those with allergies.

As we care about saving the planet, we use only 100% natural, durable and certified linen fabrics. We also focus on customers’ needs, that’s why our products can be custom-made to meet individual preferences.

All our products are not just handmade – they are creations filled with positive energy and love. Thus, we feel privileged to bring a piece of our loving hearts into your home :)

Custom and personalized orders

I am always happy to make something only for you, so do not hesitate to contact me about custom orders. Custom orders can take longer than standard orders, contact me for price and time range, when your order can be fulfilled. I start work on the order only when it is fully paid.
You will receive a link to your custom listing with all agreed details and pricing.

Reviews and cases

I do try to do my best while assisting customers, but sometimes issues happens. I do recommend to contact me prior opening a case or leaving a 1 star review, as it is my handmade micro business of one family. I will try to assist you as well as I will can with every order. In case you still won't be happy with product - I will refund for returned items as provided in my shop policy.
Please - it is very important for me. I am thankful in advance!

Care instructions

I do recommend to wash your new pillowcases prior to placing them on bed for the first time. Linen fabrics get softer with each wash.
-You should stay away from bleaches or fabric softeners because they can damage the fibers or make the fabrics feel more rigid over time.
- Pillowlink pillowcases may be machine washed and tumbled dry on a medium setting.
-Once removed from the dryer, iron immediately if need it.
-Napkins may be washed at cotton cycle (40-60 degree by Celsius)

-I do use mild, detergents of allegro suomi by my own. I am happy with washed pillows as well. I do not use additional softeners or bleachers.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do can gift wrap your order. You may select this option during transaction or after purchase leave a message in "message to seller" field. I do can write or print a note with your words.

EXPRESS SHIPMENT worldwide

It takes 2-5 business days worldwide to ship via Courier. You can choose express shipping option during checkout(do not forget to take into account the production time).

To US - 2-3 business days
To Canada 3-5 business days
To Australia 3-5 business days
To EU 1-2 business days

The price for express service is counted while choosing the option.

PRODUCTION TIME

At the moment sewing orders takes about 5-10 business days. Some orders may take up to 14 days. Depends on quantity and a queue of other orders. If you need your order faster - contact me and I will rush it. No any additional cost for rushing it.

Where is my Parcel after 2-3 weeks?

If shipped via REGISTERED mail via post office service: It may happen that parcel already in your local post office. Might be you was not at home by delivery. Signature is required for registered mail. You should require for your parcel in local post office with tracking info, provided in order after shipment.

If shipped via GLOBAL MAIL - parcels usually on time, tracking available next to order information. But if it is late it may be held in customs randomly. I can not be responsible for this. But you will be able to track all this information.

If shipped via NON REGISTERED ordinary mail (free shipment qualifies for this usually) - your order should reach you in 2-3 weeks usually. But if not - contact me please.

I do can offer discount 15-45% discount. Depends on item type and quantity.

Items are LATE - what to do

Please contact me if you are worried about late order. I will do all my best to provide you with information I have. Also I will check on situation with post office strikes, weather conditions or force major situations worldwide. If I won't answer in 24 hours - please contact me again. Due to time zone difference and due to kids I have to take care off - it happens. But I do try to do my best in customer service.
