Fall in Love with your home all over again with new pillow covers

I've always loved doing crafts and have dabbled in beaded ornaments, artex paints, crochet, jewelry, latch hooked rugs and more. Over the past few years I've been selling embroidered items. I recently took a business course which made me realize my true passion was for fabric and I've always wanted to make pillow covers and pillows so I'm starting a new journey and hope you will come with me.

For buyers who wish to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account: At checkout click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal, click the “I do not have a PayPal account” and follow the instructions (you will not be required to create an account to complete a purchase).
Shipping
PROCESSING TIME FRAME:
My goal is to ship everything within 3 business days, most items get shipped within 1-2 days (except on weekends and holidays). If there will be a delay I will post it in my shop announcements.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyers expense. Packages may get there faster if you enter your entire (9 digit) zip code

SHIPPING TIME FRAME:
All items are shipped first class in the US and normally take 2-5 days to get to you but may take a lot longer during holidays or if there is bad weather in the US. If you need your item by a specific date please e-mail me first. For an additional fee I can ship it priority or next day. You need to ask about expedited shipping BEFORE you place your order, adding a note in the comments section when you buy will only delay your package. Please make sure the address you have with Etsy can receive mail.

I will not guarantee that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees. I'm sorry but I simply do not have the time to contact the post office on your behalf to locate packages, you will need to do this.

TRACKING:
Tracking info is provided to all US residents. If you don't receive the package but tracking info says it was delivered you will need to contact your post office. Refunds will not be issued if the post office tracking info says it was delivered. Check with you family members and neighbors to see if they have the package if it shows delivered.

TEXT ALERTS:
Want to be notified of when your package is scheduled to be delivered? Go to https://www.usps.com/manage/myusps.htm to sign up for text alerts.


MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE MAIL:
If it has been at least 5 working days and you feel your item should have arrived please check the tracking info to see where it is at. If it looks like it is stuck somewhere in transit take the tracking number to your post office to see if they can help you figure out why it is stuck. Sometimes items don't get scanned or accidents happen delaying mail. I'm in OR so if you are in FL it may not show any movement because it's on a truck to your location. The post office should be able to help you figure out why it is stuck in transit. You can also call 1-800-275-8777 or 1-800-222-1811 and file a complaint if you're package seems to be stuck in transit. If you have a military address you need to call 1-800-810-6098. There may not be bad weather in your city but there may be bad weather in the travel route it takes to get to you delaying your package. I will not send you another shipment or issue you a refund if your item is stuck in transit unless you have paid for insurance and I was able to get reimbursed from the Post Office. Orders showing delivered WILL NOT be refunded (we are all responsible for providing a safe place for our mail to be delivered). See below for tips on how to locate your package:

PACKAGES SHOWING DELIVERED (but you can't locate them)
1. Check your tracking info which can be found with your order info on Etsy to see when it was delivered.
2. Ask family members if they picked up the mail that day (sometimes kids get the mail and leave it in their room) yes, I had this happen to a customer of mine.
3. As your neighbors to see if they happened to receive your package by mistake.
4. Take your tracking info to your local post office and ask them to look it up to see where it was left. When they deliver packages they are supposed to put where they leave it at when they scan it delivered (mailbox, porch, neighbor, etc)
5. If you still can't locate your package you will need to file a police report.

UNDELIVERABLE MAIL:
Please make sure your address is correct and that address can receive mail. If your package comes back to me undeliverable I will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges and any fees the USPS charges me.

ORDERS GOING OUTSIDE OF THE USA:
Items shipped outside of the US can take as long as 3 months to arrive depending on customs, weather and holidays.

CUSTOMS - IMPORT FEES - DUTIES:
Please note that all All International buyers are responsible for Duties (Customs/Import fees) for their countries. Your Customs Form will be filled out fully with the contents and values listed. I am unable to mark items as gifts or to mark them below value.


The shipping cost listed includes not only the cost of postage, but also the cost of any packaging materials. Insurance is optional and not included in the shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once the pillow is made I can not take it back unless there was a flaw in it that I missed. If you cancel the order before I make it I will issue a refund minus any fees that Paypal and or Etsy doesn't refund. Each bank varies on the time it takes to refund your account and I have no control over that so please allow up to 45 days for the refund to show up on your account.

Custom orders will not be refunded.

Please be aware that some countries may charge you a customs fee that you will be responsible for. I will not refund if you decide to return due to your country wanting to charge you any fees.

Refunds and replacement orders will NOT be issued for packages in transit.

Every effort is made to send show you the colors of the pillow covers. Due to monitor settings colors may not show exact on your screen. If you would like a fabric sample send me a covo and for a small fee I can send you s sample.
