Custom and personalized orders
For custom orders, you may request:
-restock of an item
-custom sizes to items that are currently listed or have been listed in the past.
**Please note: I work in small batches, so I cannot guarantee that the material used in past items is still available for the request. I will work with you to get an item and material that you will love.
Custom orders are NON-returnable.
How long will it take to process/ship my order?
Unless an item is listed as Ready-to-Ship, please allow 3 to 4 weeks from your order date for it to ship, as I personally make each item by hand. I will do my best to create your item as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, processing time may be longer.
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping details
All shipments are via USPS and are NOT insured. If you would like to add insurance for an additional fee, please send me a conversation to let me know. Your shipment tracking number is included in the shipment confirmation email you receive; if you do not receive or see this email, please let me know and I will send you the tracking number.
Upon request, rush shipments may be available upon discussion for an additional fee of $15/item.
