About
Logos + Weddings...Affordably
Pine Nineteen was established in 2014 the same way most of my decisions are made: spontaneously. I owned a different shop for a couple years prior to this one being born and as an attempt to affordably brand myself, I downloaded Photoshop and taught myself how to design. Almost instantly, I fell in love with the process. As a girl with entrepreneurship in her veins, I made a vast decision to close my original shop and open a new shop sharing my love of design with other small business owners who were looking for a way to brand their business without breaking the bank.
As my shop became busier, my knowledge of graphic design grew and I decided to expand. Towards the end of 2015, I stepped foot into the wedding invitation industry. Best. Decision. Ever! This opened my shop up to a world of brides, grooms, and brides and grooms whose love led them to make two of the best decisions of their lives: saying yes and planning their day with me!
Today, my shop offers a variety of simple, yet whimsy premade logo designs and wedding stationery sets that brand small businesses and make the biggest day of your lives one everyone won't be able to stop talking about...Affordably!
Pine Nineteen is ran solely by me, Ashley! I am based in Albany, Georgia where I live with my husband and our two rescue kitties!

Payment
If you're paying with an eCheck, note that it can take up to one week for payment to clear. Please allow for the extra time for your order to be fulfilled.
Shipping
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to limited storage space, your files are permanently deleted from my system 30 days after they have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to download and store your files safely. If for any reason you lose your files or need edits made to them after 30 days, you will need to repurchase your item so that it can be recreated.
Orders with no reply to my initial message or message containing revised proofs for 14 days will be considered abandoned. The order will be marked as shipped and files from the last proof sent will be emailed to you without revisions. No refund will be given. Unused revisions are forfeited. You will receive 1 notice prior. Fees or repurchase or the design will incur if revisions are needed after your files have been sent.
All necessary information needed to complete your order must be provided by you during checkout in the "Note to Seller" box. Orders that are placed without providing this information will receive 1 notice requesting it. You will then have 14 days to reply or your order will be considered abandoned. Your order will be marked as shipped and the editable PDF will be sent to you via email so you can make edits yourself using a PDF editing program. Fees will incur if you need me to edit them at a later date.

Frequently asked questions
Proofing Policy
Your first proof will be sent via Etsy Convo within 2-3 business days. Before giving your approval on a proof, overlook the design for any spelling, grammar, punctuation, and overall graphic design errors. Each order comes with 2 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are available for $5 each. By submitting your approval, you are agreeing that the design is acceptable to deliver by email.
Try Before You Buy
Logo previews are available for $5. This option will allow you to preview any one logo with your business name before committing to the design.
A coupon code will be provided to clients who want to move forward with their previewed logo.
Refunds will not be given if you decide against the previewed logo.
Bleed + Multiples
Bleed + multiples to a page are available upon request only. Unless they are requested, final files will be sent as individual images.
If you request multiples to a page, they will be sent with trim marks for easy and accurate trimming.
If you wait to request bleed or multiples to a page after your order has been finalized, a small service fee will incur for the new files.
Final File Delivery + Storage
Your final files will be delivered via email. If your files are too large to attach to an email, you will receive a Dropbox link to download them.
Your final files will only be stored on my computer for 30 days following delivery. Download them and store them in a safe place immediately.

Timing
First proofs are sent within 2-3 business days of purchase. Revisions can take up to 1 business day for each round. Delivery of final files depends on when you order, number of revisions, and how quickly you respond and approve your proofs.
Graphic Colors
Clip art graphic colors cannot be changed.
